1. Introduction:
This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscribing to the 01Cloud product. By subscribing to 01Cloud, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
2. Subscription Plans:
01Cloud offers three subscription plans:
- Basic
- Professional
- Business.
Each plan has specific features and limitations. For detailed information on each plan, please refer to the 01Cloud website or contact our sales team.
3. Billing and Payment:

Invoices will be generated on the 1st of every month.

The invoice will detail your total billing amount, subscription renewal cost and other details.

We accept payment via Stripe.
4. Suspension and Termination:

Invoices for your 01cloud subscription are generated on the first day of each month, and you have 7 days from the invoice generation date to settle the payment.

If payment is not received within 7 days of the grace period, your projects will be deactivated resulting in the loss of access to your projects, resources, and data.

If no action is taken within 28 days of deactivation, your projects, data, and resources will be permanently deleted.

Your account will also be deactivated and the user will be suspended after 28 days of non-payment.

You can only restore projects within 28 days of deactivation by contacting 01Cloud support. After 28 days, your projects and resources will automatically deleted with no recovery option.
4. Renewal and Cancellation:

Subscriptions will be automatically renewed upon successful payment unless explicitly cancelled by the user.

Users are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions before the next billing period to avoid being charged. Cancellation instructions can be found within the 01Cloud platform or by contacting our support team.
5. Communication:

We will send email notifications regarding invoice generation, payment reminders, and upcoming suspension or deletion deadlines.

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address associated with your account and to check your emails regularly.
6. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding billing or payments should be addressed to our support team within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
7. Disclaimer:
01Cloud takes no responsibility for any data loss incurred due to non-payment and subsequent deletion of projects and resources. Please ensure timely payment to avoid service interruptions and data loss.
8. Changes to Policy:
01Cloud reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. We will notify subscribers of any changes via email. Your continued use of the service after the revised Policy is posted constitutes your agreement to the changes.
